THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF CENTRAL FRONTENAC MAYORAL DECISION MDE-2025-008
To Give Written Notice for Approval of By-Law(s) Prepared for the October 14th , 2025 Meeting of Council.
Under the authority of Part Vl.1 (Special Powers and Duties of Head of Council) granted by Section 284.11 of the Municipal Act, 2001 (Veto Powers for By-laws);
The Mayor will not exercise the power of veto for the following by-laws, passed at the October 14th , 2025 meeting of Council: a. The confirmatory by-law adopted for the October 14th , 2025 meeting of Council.
This Mayoral Decision provides written notice to approve the above by-laws.
This Mayoral Decision comes into effect on October 14th , 2025.
