Minutes of the Meeting of Chief Administrative Officer Performance Appraisal Review Panel October 30, 2017 A meeting of the Chief Administrative Officer Performance Appraisal Review Panel was held in the Bud Clayton Memorial Room of the County Administrative Offices, 2069 Battersea Road, Glenburnie on Wednesday, October 30, 2017 and was called to order at 12:00 PM Present:
Warden Ron Vandewal, Deputy Warden Ron Higgins, Councillors Denis Doyle and Frances Smith

2017-139 Corporate Services Development of a CAO 360 Performance Review Moved By: Councillor Smith Seconded By: Councillor Doyle Be It Resolved That the Manager of Human Resources be directed to investigate and prepare a list of questions and procedures for carrying out a 360 Performance Review process for the Chief Administrative Officer and report back to the Review Panel no later than January, 2018. Please do not respond to the questions but rather, just hit the “next” button to get to the next page. We can discuss your feedback on any changes you would like to see when we meet on January 17th. I will have the Survey Monkey tool on the screen and also a hard copy for you. Please click on the link to review the survey tool: We will also need to determine to whom the survey should go.
