Closed meeting a) Resolved That Chief Administrative Officer Performance Appraisal Review Panel resolve itself into closed session as authorized under Section 239 of The Municipal Act, to consider:
personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees - as it relates to the annual performance appraisal of the Chief Administrative Officer. That the Chief Administrative Officer Performance Appraisal Review Panel rise without reporting.

Carried Goals for the CAO for 2019 include: 1- Continued focus on absenteeism and culpable absenteeism 2- Building improvement 3- Strategic planning 4- Planning process Action Items: 1- Carry on with the existing process for budgeting, with the new Council 2- Kelly Pender and Ron Higgins will do a delegation to ROMA to explain the “Levy Comparison” methodology. 6.
