DRAFT 2018 Corporate Services Internal Customer Service: Measuring Success

This brief survey will collect your feedback on four units within Corporate Services: Information Services, Finance, Human Resources, and the Clerk’s Office. Your answers are totally anonymous. We have no way of identifying individual respondents, nor do we want to. The results of this survey will be used to improve the services we provide to you, our internal customers. Results will also be used in the business plans for each unit to measure improvements year after year.
