NEW BUSINESS a) CRKT Extrik-8-R Rescue Knives- PC (10 mins) It was suggested by a paramedic that for EMS Week the Extrik-8-R could be given to paramedics as a gift. The tool is made by a fire fighter in Toronto. As the order has already been placed this year, JD contacted paramedic to thank for suggestion and informed her that it will be kept on file for future reference. EMS event planning will be discussed later in the day, to include catering and Marine Services. b) Casual Business- Branded Clothing- JD (15 mins) JD mentioned to group that there is a credit for name badges at Villager if any staff need them made up. Branded clothing should be made available, at FPS’s cost, to those that travel and represent FPS in the public (SNR staff, sups and IT). Items were suggested and discussed - golf & oxford shirts, fleeces and light jackets. A discussion was had around whether or not staff would be able to purchase items as well. It was decided to wait to see if there was interest.
