Minutes of a Public Meeting of Council for The Corporation of the Township of North Frontenac regarding Amendment to the Fees and Charges By-law Held February 25, 2022 in the Council Chambers, 6648 Road 506, Plevna, Ontario

Call to Order and Purpose of Meeting The Deputy Mayor called the meeting to order at 9:58 a.m. The Meeting was to hear comments from the Public regarding proposed amendments to the Fees and Charges By-law, including the following schedules Administration and Financial; Planning; Waste Management; Fire Department; and Recreational Vehicle Fees.

Approval of Agenda
a) Approval of the Agenda for Public Meeting regarding Amendments to the Fees and Charges By-law dated February 25, 2022.
Resolution #: 74-21 Moved By: Seconded By: Councillor Good Councillor Fowler Be It Resolved That Council approves the Agenda for the Public Meeting regarding the Fees and Charges By-law dated February 25, 2022, as circulated. Carried

a) Treasurer - Fees and Charges By-law Amendment
Resolution #: 75-21 Moved By: Seconded By: Councillor Good Councillor Fowler Be It Resolved That Council receives for information the Treasurer’s Administrative Report entitled “Fees & Charges By-Law Amendment”; And That Council will consider a By-Law to amend the Fees & Charges By-law at the Regular Council meeting following the Public Meeting. Carried
