Business Arising from the Minutes a) Resolution #257-23: Municipal Services C Whereas, at their meeting on June 9, 202 #257-23 receiving for information the pres CAO, County of Frontenac, and Joe Galli Economic Development, County of Fronte Communal Services; Therefore Be It Resolved That Council email dated June 12, 2023, advising the a requirement of the Municipal Service Cor and that theestimated financial contributio $97,294, with 20% of the municipal share incorporation, with the balance due over f shareholders; And That Council agrees to join the prop Treasurer to providethe initial 20% payme within 30 days of incorporation to be fund Reserve Fund. And That Council commits the remaining Contingency Reserve Fund for future pay funds through the budget process during Municipal Services Corporation 5. Public Forum 6.
