Call to Order and Purpose of Meeting The Chair called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m. The purpose of the meeting is to consider the 2023 Budget. 2. Chair’s Opening Remarks None. 3. Approval of Agenda a) March 17, 2023 Resolution #: 123-23 Moved By: Seconded By: Councillor Re Councillor Go Be It Resolved That Council approves the Agenda for the Public Meeting regarding the 2023 Budget dated March 17, 2023, as circulated. Carried 4. Disclosure of Pecuniary Interest and Genera None declared. 5. Treasurer’s Report a) Budget Report: i) Tax Rate Comparison 2012 to 2022 ii) Amended 2023 Draft Budget Resolution #: 124-23 Moved By: Seconded By: Councillor Re Councillor Go Be It Resolved That Council receives for information the Treasurer’s Budget Report including: i) Tax Rate Comparison 2022 to 2023; and ii) Amended 2023 Draft Budget. Carried 6. Sample Calculations and Summary a) Sample Calculations and Summary of Dra Levies (Attached to the draft By-law in the 7. Council Comments and Questions None. 8. Public Comments and Questions None. 9. By-law to Consider Approving the 2023 Budg Sums Required from Property Taxation for 2 Deferred to Regular Council meeting following Public Meeting. 10.
