Minutes of a Public Meeting of Council for The Corporation of the Township of North Frontenac Held May 19, 2023 in the Council Chambers, 6648 Road 506, Plevna, Ontario

Call to Order and Purpose of Meeting The Mayor called the meeting to order at 9:01 a.m. The purpose of the meeting is to consider amendments to the Fees and Charges By-law, specifically the Planning Fees and Cemetery Fees.
Approval of Agenda
a) May 19, 2023
Resolution #: 215-23 Moved By: Seconded By: Councillor Huetl Councillor Hermer Be It Resolved That Council approves the Agenda for the Public Meeting regarding amendments to the Fees and Charges By-law dated May 19, 2023, as circulated. Carried
Disclosure of Pecuniary Interest and General Nature Thereof None declared.
Amendment to Fees and Charges By-law
a) Proposed Amendments to Schedule ‘E’ Planning Fees and Schedule ‘G’ Cemeteries

Township of North Frontenac Public Council Meeting Minutes May 19, 2023 Be It Resolved That Council receives for information the Proposed Amendments to the Fees and Charges By-law – More Specifically to Schedule ‘E’ and Schedule ‘G’; And That Council will consider a By-law to amend the Fees and Charges By-law later at the regular meeting. Carried
