[image] Minutes of a Public Meeting of Council regarding for The Corporation of the Township of Held October 14, 2022 in the Council Chambers, 66 Present: Mayor Ron Higgins; Counc Deputy Mayor Gerry Martin Hermer - Ward 2; Council Fred Fowler - Ward 3 Also Present: Corey Klatt, Chief Adminis Mieske, Clerk/ Planning M Manager of Community De Sproule, Public Works Man Director of Emergency Ser Kelly Watkins, Treasurer; a Community Planning, Cou Participation) 1. Call to Order and Purpose of Meeting The Chair called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss amendments to the Fees and Charges By-law, specifically Fees for Use of Township Vehicles and Licence Fees for Shipping Containers. 2. Chair’s Opening Remarks (see attached) 3. Approval of Agenda a) Approval of the Agenda for a Public Meeti to the Fees and Charges By-law for Use o Shipping Containers, dated October 14, 20 Resolution #: 391-22 Moved By: Seconded By: Councillor Fo Councillor He Be It Resolved That Council approves the Agenda for the Public Meeting regarding the Fees and Charges By-law for Use of Township Vehicles and Shipping Containers, dated October 14, 2022, as circulated. Carried 4. Disclosure of Pecuniary Interest and Genera None declared. 5. Business Arising a) Council Resolution #375-22 re: Township Council Resolution #373-22 re: Shipping C Resolution #: 392-22 Moved By: Seconded By: Councillor Fo Councillor He Be It Resolved That Council receives for information Resolution #375-22 and Resolution #373-22; And That Council will consider the Fees and Charges By-law at the Regular Council meeting later today.
