TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC BY-LAW NUMBER 2010-02
BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NUMBER 2003-75, AS AMENDED, TO^REZONE LANDS FROM SPECIAL URBAN INDUSTRIAL (UI-3) ZONE TO SPECIAL COMMUNITY FACILITY (CF-4) ZONE; PART LOT 4, CONCESSION
IV, DISTRICT OF LOUGHBOROUGH: TOWNSHIP INITIATED
WHEREAS, the Municipal Council of the Township of South Frontenac deems it
expedient to amend By-law Number 2003-75 as amended, as it relates to parcels of land located in Part of Lot 4, Concession IV of the District ofLoughborough.
NOW THEREFORE THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF SOU FRONTENAC BY ITS COUNCIL, HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
- THAT Schedule ‘B’ to Zoning By-law Number 2003-75 as amended, is hereby
farther amended by changing the zoning from Special Urban Industrial (UI-3)
Zone to Special Community Facility (CF-4) Zone for those lands shown on the attached map designated as Schedule “I”.
- THAT Zoning By-law number 2003-75 as amended is hereby further amended by adding a new section CF-4 (Lot 4, Concession FV, Loughborough District County Ambulance Base), immediately after section CF-3 (Lot 9, Concession VII and VIII, Bedford District, Upitis), to read as follows: CF-4 (Part Lot 4. Concession FV, Loushboroueh District - Counh^ Ambulance Base)
Notwithstanding the zone regulations m section 29.3.1 or any other provision of this By-law to the contrary, on the lands zoned Special Community Facility (CF-4) Zone the following provision shall apply: i) ii)
Lot Frontage (Minimum) Lot Area (Minimum)
60.5 metres (200 ft.) 4,047 sq. metres (1 ac.)
All other provisions of this by-law shall apply. 3.
THIS BY-LAW shall come into force in accordance with section 34 of the
Planning Act, 1990, either on the date of passage or as otherwise provided by sections 34.
