TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC BY-LAW NUMBER 2010-05
BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NUMBER 2003-75, AS AMENDED,
TO_REZONELANDS FROM OPEN SPACE-PUBLIC (OS) ZONE AND URBAN RESIDENTIAL-FIRST DENSITY (UR1) ZONE TO COMMUNITY FACILITY (CF) ZONE; PART LOT 4,
CONCESSION V, DISTRICT OF
LOUGHBOROUGH: TOWNSHIP INITIATiED
WHEREAS, the Municipal Council of the Township of South Frontenac deems it
expedient to amend By-law Number 2003-75 as amended, as it relates to parcels of land located in Part of Lot 4, Concession V of the District ofLoughborough.
NOW THEREFORE THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF SOUT FRONTENAC BY ITS COUNCIL, HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
L TH^T schedule<B\to Zonmg By-law Number 2003-75 as amended, is hereby
further_amended by changing the zoning from Open Space-Public (OS) Zone and Urban Residential-First Density (UR1) Zone to Community Facility (CF) Zone for
those lands shown on the attached map designated as Schedule “1” 2.
THIS BY-LAW shall come mto force m accordance with section 34 of the
Planning Act, 1990, either on die date of passage or as otherwise provided by sections 34.
Dated at the Township of South Fronteaac this twelfth day of January, 2010. Read a first and second time this twelfth day of January, 2010.
