TOWNSmP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC BY-LAW NUMBER 2010-07
BEINGA^BY-LAW TO ^MEND BY-LAW NUMBER 2003-75, AS AMENDED,
TO REZONE LANDS FROM URBAN RESIDENTIAL-FIRST DENSITY (UR1)7
ZONE TO SPECIAL URBAN RESI3ENTIAL-FIRST DENSITY (UR1-10) ZONE; PART LOT 19, CONCESSION VI, DISTRICT OF PORTLAND: JOAN KERR WHEREAS, the Municipal Council of the Township of South Frontenac deems it
expedient to amend By-law Number 2003-75 as amended, as it relates to parcels of land located in Part ofLotl96, Concession VI of the District of Portland.
NOW THEREFORE THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC BY ITS COUNCIL, HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
L TH^T schedule ‘A’to Zoning By-law Number 2003-75 as amended, is hereby fyrther amended by changing the zoning from Urban Residential-First Density (UR1) Zone to Special Urban Residential-First Density (URMO) Zone for those
lands shown on the attached map designated as Schedule “I”.
2- THAT zoning By-law number 2003-75 as amended is hereby further amended by adding a new section UR1-10 (Lot 19, Concession VI, Portland District - Joan
Ken-^munediately after section UR1-9 (Lot 4, Concession V, Portland District). to read as follows:
UR1-10 (Part Lot 19, Concession VI. Portland District - Joau Kerr
Notwithstanding the zone regulations in section 14.3.1 or any other
provision of this By-law to the contrary, on the lands zoned Special Urban
residential-First Density (UR1-10) Zone the following provision shall
apply:
i)
Lot Frontage (Mmimum)
30 metres (98 ft.)
All other provisions of this by-law shall apply. 3.
THAT THIS BY-LAW shall come into force in accordance with section 34 of
the Planning Act, 1990, either on the date of passage or as otherwise provided by sections 34.
