TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC BY-LAW NUMBER 2010-16
BEING A BY-LAW TO AMDEND BY-LAW NUMBER 2003-75, AS AMENDED,
TO REZONE LANDS FROM LIMITED RURAL (RU) ZONE TO SPECIAL
RURAL (RU-42) ZONE, PART LOT 13, CONCESSION V DISTRICT OF LOUGHBOROUGH; McGIBBON.
WHEREAS, the Municipal Council of the Township of South Frontenac deems it expedient to amend By-law Number 2003-75 as amended, as it relates to a parcel of land located m Part of Lot 13, Concession V of the District ofLoughborough .

NOW THEREFORE THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC BY ITS COUNCIL, HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
THAT Schedule “B”, to Zoning By-law Number 2003-75 as amended, is hereby further amended by changing the zonmg from Rural (RU) Zone to Special Rural (RU-42) Zone, for those lands shown on the attached map designated as Schedule “I”.
THAT Zoning By-law number 2003-75 as amended is hereby further amended by adding a ne^v section RU-42 (Lot 13, Concession V, Loughborough District-McGibbon);
immediately after section RU-41 (Lot 5, Concession V, Portland District-Lambert) to
read as follows:
RU-42 (Lot 13, Concession V, Loughborough District - McGibbon)
Notwithstanding any provision of this By-law to the contrary, on the lands zoned Special Rural (RU-42) Zone, the following provisions shall apply:
In addition to the uses permitted in section 7.2 of this By-law the following uses are permitted: i)
A secondary temporary dwelling unit.
In addition to the zone regulations section 7.3 of this By-law the following regulations apply: i) street access to both dwellings (principal and secondary) is limited to one driveway only;
ii) the maximum permitted gross floor area of the temporary secondary dwelling is 2 2 59 metres’ (638ft/);
iii) the temporary second dwelling use shall be permitted for a maximum period of three (3) years from the date of the approval of this Zonmg By-law Amendment. All other provisions of this by-law shall apply. 3.
THIS BY-LAW shall come into force in accordance with sections 34 and 39 of the
Planning Act, 1990, as amended, either upon the date of passage or as otherwise provided by said sections 34 and 39.
