TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC BY-LAW 2010-24
A_BY-LAW TO CONFIRM GENERALLY PREVIOUS ACTIONS OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC.
THEREFORE THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC, BY ITS COUNCIL, HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
The actions of the Council of the Corporation of the Township of South Frontenac at it’s Council Meetings of April 6th, 2010 be confirmed.
Execution by the Mayor and the CIerk-Administrator of aU Deeds, Instruments and other Documents necessary to give effect to any sucli Resolution, Motion or other action and the affixing of the Corporate Seal to
any_such_Deed, Instruments or other Documents is hereby authorized and confirmed.
- This By-law shall come into force and take effect on the date of its passage. Dated at the Township of South Frontenac this 6th day of April 2010.
Read a first and second time this 6th day of April 2010. Read a third time and finally passed this 6th day of April 2010. THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC
