SPECIAL RESIDENTIAL gft-6) ZONE AND SPECIAL RESIDENTIAL (R-22)
ZONE; PART LOT 23, CONCESSION VII, DISTRICT OF STORRINGTON: DEKARO DEVELOPMENTS INC.
WHEREAS, the Municipal Council of the Township of South Frontenac deems it
expedient to amend By-law Number 2003-75 as amended, as it relates to parcels of land located in Part of Lot 23, Concession VII of the District of Stomngton.
NOW THEREFORE THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF SOU FRONTENAC BY ITS COUNCIL, HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
- THAT Schedule ’ ’ to Zoning By-law Number 2003-75 as amended, is hereby further amended by changing the zoning from Special Residential (R-20) Zone to Special Residential (R-6) Zone and Special Residential (R-22) Zone for those
lands shown on the attached map designated as Schedule “I”.
- THAT a new section R-22 (Part Lot 23, Concession VII, Stomngton DistrictDakaro Developments), be added immediately following section R-21 (Part Lot 23, Concession VII, Stomngton District), to read as follows:
R-22 fPart Lot 23, Concession VII. Storrinffton District - Dekaro Developments}
Notwithstanding the permitted uses in section 12.2 or any other provision of this By-law to the contrary, on the lands zoned Special Residential (R-22) Zone, the following provision shall apply: No building or structure shall be permitted. All other provisions of this By-law shall apply. 3.
THIS BY-LAW shall come into force in accordance with section 34 of the
Planning Act, 1990, either on the date of passage or as otherwise provided by sections 34.
Dated at the Township of South Frontenac this fourth day of May, 2010. Read a first and second time this fourth day of May, 2010. Read a third time and finally passed as amended this fourth day of May, 2010.
