TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC BY-LAW NUMBER 2010-32
BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NUMBER 2003-75, AS AMENDED,
TO REZONE LANDS FROM RURAL (RU) ZONE, WATERFRONT RESIDENTIAL (RW) ZONE AND PIT <(B" (PB) ZONE TO LIMITED SERVICE RESIDENTIAL-WATERFRONT (RLSW) ZONE AND SPECIAL LIMITED
SERVICE RESIDENTIAL-WATERFRONT (RLSW) ZONE; PART LOTS 4 & 5 ,
CONCESSION XIII, DISTRICT OF LOUGHBOROUGH: PEDERSEN/MILK CRATE FARMS
WHEREAS, the Municipal Council of the Township of South Frontenac deems it
expedient to amend By-law Number 2003-75 as amended, as it relates to parcels of land located in Part of Lots 4 & 5, Concession Xffl of the District ofLoughborough.
NOW THEREFORE THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF SOUT FRONTENAC BY ITS COUNCIL, HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
- THAT Schedule ‘B’ to Zonmg By-law Number 2003-75 as amended, is hereby further amended by changing the zoning from Rural (RU) Zone, Waterfront
Residential (RW) Zone and Pit “B” (PB) Zone to Limited Service ResidentialWaterfront (RLSW) Zone and to Special Limited Service Residential-Waterfront
(RLSW-87) Zone for those lands shown on the attached map designated as Schedule"!".
- THAT a new section RLSW-87 (Part Lot 5, Concession XUI, Loughborough District- Pedersen/Milk Crate Farms be added immediately following section RLSW-86 (Part Lots 20 & 21, Concession DC, Storrington District), to read as follows:
RLSW-87 (Part Lot 5, Concession XIH, Louehboroueh District Pedersen/MiIk Crate Farms)
Notwithstanding the zone regulations in section 10.3.1 or any other provision of this By-law to the contrary, on the lands zoned Special Limited Service Residential-Waterfront (RLSW-87) Zone, the following provision shall apply: No portion of any building or structure shall be permitted beyond 35 metres (115 ft.) of the interior side lot line. All other provisions of this By-law shall apply.
- THAT the uses permitted in the RLSW and RLSW-87 zones be subject to a site plan agreement to be entered mto between the owners and the municipality and registered on the title of the property, specifying locations of wells and including the implementation of all recommendations of the Ontario Lake Assessments
report dated June 2008 and requirements contained in the Cataraqui Region Conservation Authority’s letter dated March 4,2010. 4.
THIS BY-LAW shall come into force in accordance with section 34 of the
Planning Act, RSO 1990, either on the date of passage or as otherwise provided by section 34. Dated at the Township of South Frontenac this fourth day of May, 2010.
