TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC BY-LAW NUMBER 2010-33

TO REZONE LANDS FROM RURAL (RU) ZONE TO SPECIAL WATERFRONT
RESIDENTIL (RW-30) ZONE AND SPECIAL WATERFRONT RESIDENTIAL (RW-31) ZONE; PART LOT 2, CONCESSION XVII, DISTRICT OF BEDFORD: BARTON
WHEREAS, the Municipal Council of the Township of South Frontenac deems it expedient to
amend By-law Number 2003-75 as amended, as it relates to parcels of land located in Part of Lot 2, Concession XVII of the District of Bedford.
NOW THEREFORE THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSfflP OF SOUT FRONTENAC BY FTS COUNCIL, HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
THAT Schedule ‘D’ to Zoning By-law Number 2003-75 as amended, is hereby further amended by changing the zoning from Rural (RU) Zone to Special Waterfront Residential (RW-30) Zone and Special Waterfront Residential (RW-31) Zone for those lands shown on the attached map designated as Schedule “I”.
THAT Zoning By-law number 2003-75 as amended is hereby further amended by adding a new section RW-30_(Lot 2, Concession XVII, Bedford District - Barton), immediately after section RW-29 (Lot 22, Concession V, Stomngton District - Finucane), to read as follows:
RW-30 (Part Lot 2. Concession XVBL Bedford District - Barton)
Notwithstanding the zone regulations in section 8.3.1 or any other provision of this By-law to the contrary, on the lands zoned Special Waterfront Residential (RW-30) Zone the following provision shall apply: i)
Lot Frontage (Minimum)
34 metres (112 ft.)
All other provisions of this by-law shall apply.
- THAT Zoning By-law number 2003-75 as amended is hereby further amended by adding a new section RW-31 (Lot 2, Concession XVII, Bedford District - Barton), immediately after section RW-30 (Lot 2, Concession XVII, Bedford District - Barton), to read as follows: RW-31 (Part Lot 2, Concession XVH. Bedford District - Barton)
Notwithstanding the zone regulations in section 8.3.1 or any other provision of this By-law to the contrary, on the lands zoned Special Waterfront Residential (RW-31) Zone the following provision shall apply: i) ii)
Lot Frontage (Minimum) Setback from highwater mark or floodline of a waterbody (Minimum)
41 metres (134 ft.) 90 metres (295 ft.)
All other provisions of this by-law shall apply. 4. ^
THAT THIS BY-LAW shall come into force in accordance with section 34 of the
Planning Act, 1990, either on the date of passage or as otherwise provided by sections 34.
