SOUTH FRONTENAC TOWNSHIP BY-LAW 2010-34 A BY-LAW TO AUTHORIZE THE SALE OF CERTAIN LANDS BEING PART
LOT 4, CONCESSION 4, BEING PART OF PART 1, 13R-12488, FORMERLY IN THE GEOGRAPHIC TOWNSHIP OF LOUGBOROUGH, TOWNSHIP OF SOU FRONTENAC, MUNICIPALLY KNOWN AS 4252 STAGE COACH ROAD, TO THE COUNTY OF FRONTENAC.
WHEREAS the Township of South Frontenac owns property municipally known as 4252 Stage Coach Road, Sydenham; and
WHEREAS the Township of South Frontenac passed a resolution on December 1, 2009
authorizing the Mayor and Clerk to complete the sale of property to the County of Frontenac for use as a new Ambulance base in Sydenham;
AND WHEREAS to better capture the decision of the Council of the Township of South Frontenac a duly passed By Law is more appropriate
NOW THEREFORE THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF SOUT FRONTENAC, BY ITS COUNCIL, HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
The Municipally owned land, being Part Lot 4, Concession 4, Geographic Township of Loughborough, Township of South Frontenac, County of Frontenac, being Part 1, Reference Plan 13R-19782 is to be sold to the County ofFrontenac
Property will be sold for the sum of $42,000.00 plus GST.
The Mayor and the Clerk-Administrator are hereby authorized to execute such documents as may be required to complete the transaction of this sale.
This by-law shall come into force and take effect on May 3, 2010.
