TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC BY-LAW NUMBER 2010-37

BEING A BY-LAW TO^ AMEND BY-LAW NUMBER 2003-75, AS AMENDED,

TO MEZONE LANDS FROM RURAL (RU) ZONE TO SPECIAL RURAL (RU-42) ZONE^ PART LOT 34, CONCESSION XI DISTRICT OF STORRINGTON; ALDRIDGE.

WHEREAS, the Municipal Council of the Township of South Frontenac deems it expedient to amend By-law Number 2003-75 as amended, as it relates to a parcel of land located in Part of Lot 34, Concession XI of the District of Stomngton;

NOW THEREFORE THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF SOU FRONTENAC BY ITS COUNCIL, HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:

  1. THAT Schedule “C”, to Zoning By-law Number 2003-75 as amended, is hereby further amended by changing the zoning from Rural (RU) Zone to Special Rural (RU-43) Zone, for those lands shown on the attached map designated as Schedule " 1".

  2. THAT Zoning By^vnumberj>003-75 as amended is hereby further amended by adding a new section RU-43 (Part Lot 34 Concession XI Storrington District- Aldridge) immediately after section RU-42 (Lot 13, Concession V, Loughborough District-

McGibbon), to read as follows:

RU-43 (Lot 34, Concession XI, Storrington District - Aldridge) Notwithstanding any provision of this By-law to the contraiy, on the lands zoned Special Rural (RU-43) Zone, the following provisions shall apply:

In addition to the uses permitted in section 7.2 of this By-law the following uses are permitted: 0

A secondary temporary dwelling unit.

In addition to the zone regulations section 7.3 of this By-law the following regulations apply:

i) street access to both dwellings (principal and secondary) is limited to one driveway only;

ii) the temporaiy second dwelling use shall be permitted for a maximum period of three (3) years from the date of the approval of this Zoning By-law Amendment. All other provisions of this by-law shall apply. 3.

THIS BY-LAW shall come into force in accordance with sections 34 and 39 of the

Planning Act, 1990, as amended, either upon the date of passage or as otherwise provided by said sections 34 and 39.
