TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC BY-LAW 2010-40

A BY-LAW TO CONFIRM GENERALLY PREVIOUS ACTIONS OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC.

THEREFORE THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF SOU FRONTENAC, BY ITS COUNCIL, HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:

  1. The actions of the Council of the Corporation of the Township of South Frontenac at it’s Council Meetings of May 18th, 2010 be confirmed.

  2. Execution by the Mayor and the CIerk-Admmistrator of all Deeds, Instruments and other Documents necessary to give effect to any such Resolution, Motion or other action and the affixing of the Corporate Seal to any such Deed, Instruments or other Documents is hereby authorized and confirmed.

  3. This By-law shall come into force and take effect on the date of its passage. Dated at the Township of South Frontenac this 18th day of May 2010. th
