TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC BY-LAW NUMBER 2010-45

BEING A B^-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NUMBER 2003-75, AS AMENDED, TO REZONE LANDS FROM RESIDENTIAL (R) ZONE TO SPECIAL

RESIDENTIAL (R-23) ZONE, PART LOT 2, CONCESSION V DISTRICT OF LOUGHBOROUGH; KELLER.

WHEREAS, the Municipal Council of the Township of South Frontenac deems it expedient to amend By-law Number 2003-75 as amended, as it relates to a parcel of land located in Part of Lot 34, Concession XI of the District ofStomngton;

NOW THEREFORE THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF SOUT FRONTENAC BY ITS COUNCD., HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:

  1. THAT Schedule “B”, to Zoning By-law Number 2003-75 as amended, is hereby further amended by changing the zoning from Residential (R) Zone to Special Residential (R-
  1. Zone, for those lands shown on the attached map designated as Schedule “I”.
  1. THAT Zoning By-law number 2003-75 as amended is hereby further amended by adding a new section R-23 (Part Lot 2, Concession V, Loughborough District- Keller) immediately after section R-22 (Lot 23, Concession VH, Stomngton District-Dekaro

Dev.), to read as follows:

R-23 (Lot 2, Concession V, Loughborough District - Keller)

Notwithstanding any provision of this By-law to the contrary, on the lands zoned Special Residential (R-23) Zone, the following provisions shall apply:

In addition to the uses permitted in section 12.2 of this By-law the following uses are permitted: i)

A secondary temporary dwelling unit.

In addition to the zone regulations section 12.3 of this By-law the following regulations apply: 0 street access to both dwellings (principal and secondaiy) is limited to one driveway only;

ii) the temporary second dwelling use shall be permitted for a maximum period of three (3) years from the date of the approval of this Zoning By-law Amendment. All other provisions of this by-law shall apply. 3.

THIS BY-LAW shall come into force in accordance with sections 34 and 39 of the

Planning Act, 1990, as amended, either upon the date of passage or as otherwise provided by said sections 34 and 39.
