TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC BY-LAW NUMBER 2010-58
BEING^A BY-LAW JO AMEND BY-LAW NUMBER 2003-75, AS AMENDED,
TO REZONE LANDS FROM RURAL (RU) ZONE TO SPECIAL RURAL
COMMERCIAL (RC-12) ZONE; PART LOT 2, CONCESSION IV, DISTRICT OF
LOUGHBOROUGH: SILVER
WHEREAS, the Municipal Council of the Township of South Frontenac deems it expedient to amend By-law Number 2003-75 as amended, as it relates to a parcel of land located m Part of Lot 2, Concession W, of the District ofLoughborough,
NOW THEREFORE THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC BY ITS COUNCD., HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
- THAT Schedule ‘B’ to Zoning By-law Number 2003-75 as amended, is hereby further amended by changing the zoning from Rural (RU) Zone to Special Rural Commercial (RC-12) Zone for those lands shown on the attached map designated as Schedule “I”.

- THAT a new section RC-12 (Part Lot 2, Concession IV, Loughborough District- Silver)
be added immediately following section RC-11 (Part Lot 7, Concession IV Loughborough District-Gordon), to read as follows:
RC-12 (Part Lot 2, Concession IV. Loushborouffh District - Silverl
Notwithstanding the uses permitted in section 17.2 or any other provision of this By-law
to the contrary, on the lands zoned Special Rural Commercial (RC-12) Zone, the following uses only are permitted: Permitted Uses
a business and/or professional office, accessory uses and buildings to the above uses.
All other provisions of this By-law shall apply. 3.
THAT the uses permitted in the RC-12 zone be subject to a site plan agreement to be entered into between the owner and the municipality and registered on the title of the
property, specifying locations of all buildings and structures; well; septic system, parking and manoeuvring areas and access aisles. 4.
THIS BY-LAW shall come into force in accordance with sections 34 and 41 of the
Planning Act, 1990, either on the date of passage or as otherwise provided by sections 34 and 41.
