TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC BY-LAW NUMBER 2010-59
]BEING,ABY:LAWTO_ AMEND BY-LAW NUMBER 2003-75, AS AMENDED, TO REZONEJLANDS FROM RURAL (RU) ZONE TO SPECIAL RURAL (RU-44) ZONE; PART LOT 23, CONCESSION I, DISTRICT OF STORRINGTON: SLOAN-LATIMER
WHEREAS, the Municipal Council of the Township of South Frontenac deems it expedient to
amend By-law Number 2003-75 as amended, as it relates tn parcels of land located in Part of Lot 23, Concession I of the District of Storrington.
NOW THEREFORE THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC BY ITS COUNCIL, HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
THAT Schedule <C’ to Zoning By-law Number 2003-75 as amended, is hereby furUwr amended by changing the zoning from Rural (RU) Zone to Special Rural (RU-44) Zone for those lands shown on the attached map designated as Schedule “I”.
THAT Zoning By-law number 2003-75 as amended is hereby further amended by adding
a new section RU-44 (Lot 23 Concession I Storrington^District: Sloan-Latimer);
immediately after section RU-43 (Lot 34, Concession XI, Stomngton District -
Aldridge), to read as follows:
RU-44 tPart Lot 23 Concession I, Storrinston District - Sloan-Latimer) Nohviths land ing the zone regulations in section 7.3.2 or any other provision of this By-law to the contrary, on the lands zoned Special Rural (RU-44) Zone the following provisions shall apply: i)
Lot Frontage (Minimum)
ii)
Rear Yard for Principal Building (Minimum) 150 metres (492 ft.)
50 metres (163 ft.)
All other provisions of this by-law shall apply. 3.
THAT TI-US BY-LAW shall come into force in accordance with section 34 of the
Planning Act, 1990, either on the date of passage or as otherwise provided by sections 34.
