TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC BY-LAW 2010-67
A BY-LAW TO PURCHASE VARIOUS PROPERTIES AS DESCRIBED IN SCHEDULE “A” FOR ROAD WIDENING PURPOSES WITHIN THE TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC.
WHEREAS _the Township of South Frontenac wishes to purchase land adjacent to township roads for road widening purposes,
AND WHEREAS the Township of South Frontenac entered into discussions with
landowners to purchase property for road widening purposes
)
AND WHEREAS these properties have been identified on a survey and an agreement has been reached for the purchase of the said properties with Carl Rose, Mike and Cheryl Tebo, and Kirk Bertrim;
NOW THEREFORE THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF SOUT FRONTENAC, BY ITS COUNCIL, HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
That the Council of the Township of South Frontenac agrees to purchase lands described in Schedule “A” of this By-law; and
That the Mayor and CIerk-Administrator are authorized to sign the necessary documents to complete the transactions on behalf of the Township. th Dated at the Township of South Frontenac this 7th day of September 2010. th
