THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC BY-LAW NO. 2010-68 BEING A BY-LAW TO:
(i) TO AUTHORIZE THE PERMANENT CLOSING OF CERTAIN PORTIONS OF THE ROAD ALLOWANCE BETWEEN THE GEOGRAPHIC TOWNSHIP OF BEDFORD AND THE GEOGRAPHIC
TOWNSHIP OF LOUGHBOROUGH, NOW IN THE TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC, COUNTY OF FRONTENAC;
(ii) TO DECLARE THE FOREGOING LANDS AS SURPLUS TO THE MUNICIPALITY’S NEEDS; AND
(iii) TO AUTHORIZE THE SALE OF SUCH LANDS; IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 34 OF THE MUNICIPAL ACT, 2001, S.O. 2001, CHAPTER 25, AS AMENDED.
WHEREAS it is deemed expedient and in the interest of The Corporation of the Jownship of SouAFrontenac that the part of the Road Allowance between the geographic Jownship of Bedford and the geographic Township of Loughborough, now in the ^ Township of South Frontenac7county"ofFrontenac being Part 1, 13R-19933,_be permanendy closed pursuant to Section 34 of the Municipal Act, 2001, S.0.2001, Chapter 25, as amended;
AND WHEREAS it is further deemed expedient and in the interest of The Corporation of the
T"ownship’of South Frontenac that the foregoing part of the Road Allowance be declared surplus to the municipality’s needs and the land sold;
AND WHEREAS notice of this by-law has been given in accordance with the procedures approved by Council for giving such notice;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Township of South Frontenac hereby enacts as follows:
- That portion of the Road Allowance between the geographic Tovmsh^of^edfbrdand the~geographic-Township of Loughborough^ now in the To^shipofScmthFrontenac, County of Frontenac being Part 1,13R-19933, be and is hereby permanently closed.
- The foregoing portion of the Road Allowance is hereby declared surplus to the municipality’s needs.

This by-law shall not take effect until a certified copy hereof has been registered in the Land Registry Office ofFrontenac (No. 13).
