TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC BY-LAW NUMBER 2010-75
BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NUMBER 2003-75, AS AMENDED, ??J^Z?I1ELI^??S_FROM RURAL (Ru) ZONE TO RESIDENTIAL (R) ZONE, SPECIAL RESIDENTIAL (R-24) ZONE AND COMMUNITY FACILITY (CF)
ZONE AND FROM SPECIAL RECREATIONAL RESORT COMMERCIA
(KRC-53) ZONE TO RESIDENTIAL (R) ZONE AND RURAL (RU) ZONE; PART
LOT 22, CONCESSION II, DISTRICT OF STORRINGTON: BARRY CAMFBELL
WHEREAS, the Municipal Comicil of the Township of South Frontenac deems it
expedient to amend By-law Number 2003-75 as amended, as it relates to a parcel of land located in Part of Lot 22, Concession U of the District of Stomngton.
NOW THEREFORE THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF SOUT FRONTENAC BY ITS COUNCIL, HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
- THAT Schedule -C’ to Zoning By-law Number 2003-75 as amended, is hereby further amended by changing the zoning from Rural (RU) Zone and Environmental Protection (EP) Zone to Residential (R) Zone, Special Residential (R-24) Zone and Community Facility (CF) Zone and from Special Recreational Resort Commercial (RRC-53) Zone to Rural (RU) Zone and Residential (R) Zone for those lands shown on the attached map designated as Schedule “I”.
- THAT a new section R-24 (Part Lot 22, Concession II, Stomngton District Barry Campbell) be added immediately following section R"23 (Part Lot 2, Concession V, Loughborough District - Keller) to read as follows: R-24 (Part Lot 22. Concession II, Storrineton District-Barrv CampbeU) Notwithstanding the provisions of section 12.3.1 or any other provision of this By-law to the contrary, on the lands zoned Special Residential (R-24) Zone, the following provision shall apply: For the Principal Buildine Rear Yard
the rear yard shall incorporate a ’no build’ area for the principal building as specified on the attached Schedule “2” which forms part of this By-law
All other provisions of this By-law shall apply. 3.
THIS BY-LAW shall come into force in accordance with section 34 of the
Planning Act, 1990, either on the date of passage or as otherwise provided by sections 34.
