AJ.Y;LAW.TO CONFIRM GENERALLY PREVIOUS ACTIONS OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF “SOUTH FRONTENAC.
THEREFORE THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH
FRONTENAC, BY ITS COUNCIL, HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: 1.

- Execution by the Mayor and the Clerk-Administrator of all Deeds, Slstt.ul^ents^ad other Documents necessary to give effect to any such Resolute Motion or other action and the affixing of the Corporate Seal to
any such Deed, Instruments or other Documents is hereby authorized and confirmed.
- This By-law shall come into force and take effect on the date of its passage. Dated at the Township of South Frontenac this 5th day of October 2010. Read a first and second time this 5th day of October 2010. Read a third time and finally passed this 5th day of October 2010. THE CORPORATION OF THE
