TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC BY-LAW 2010-79

HIGHWAY CERTAIN LANDS IN THE TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH
FRONTENAC PURSUANTTO SECTIONS 31(2) and 31(6) OF THE MUNICIPAL ACT, 2001, as amended
WHEREAS certainjands in the Township of South Frontenac were deeded to the

to public use as common and public highways;
^^^^1^^S^S^°. !n?ct a ^y-law f?^the. PurPose of assuming the lands as part of the public highways to be maintained by the municipality;
NOWTHEREFORE THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSMP OF SOU FRONTENAC, BY ITS COUNCIL, HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
- Those lands lying in part of lots 15 and 16, concession 5, in the former
Township ofLoughborough, now in the Township of South Frontenac,
and further described as part 2 on Plan 13R-19940, municipally known as
Rickards Road, are hereby established and assumed as common and public highway.
- This by-law shall come into force and take effect on the date of registration of this by-law.
Dated at the Township of South Frontenac this 19th day of October, 2010. Read a first and second time this 19th day of October, 2010.
Read a third time and finally passed this 19th day of October, 2010.
