SOUTH FRONTENAC TOWNSHIP BY-LAW 2010-85
A BY-LAW TO APPOINT DEPUTY MAYORS FOR THE TERM 2010 TO 2014
WHEREAS it is deemed useful and expedient to appoint a different Deputy Mayor for each year of the Council term 2010 to 2014 from’each District of South Frontenac Township; and,
WHEREAS Section 5(3) of the Municipal Act, R. S. 0. 2001, Chapter M. 25, as amended,
provides that the powers of a council of a municipality shall be exercised by by-law;
NOW THEREFORE THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC, BY ITS COUNCIL, HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
Schedule “A” to By-law 2007-83 is created with the Schedule “A” attached herewith and forming part of this by-law.
This by-law shall come into force and take effect of the date of its passage. Dated at the Township of South Frontenac this 7th day of December 2010. Read a first and second time this 7th day of December 2010. Read a third time and finally passed this 7th day of December 2010. The Corporation of the Township of South Frontenac
