TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC BY-LAW NUMBER 2010-86
BEING A BY-LAW TO A]V ND BY-LAW NUMBER 2003-75, AS AMENDED, TO REZGNE^LANDS FROM RURAL (RU) ZONE TO SPECIAL QUARRY <7AM (LQA~2)_ZONE; PART LOTS 39 AND 40, CONCESSION VK, DISTRICT OF STORRINGTON: McCALLUM.
WHEREAS, the Municipal Council of the Township of South Frontenac deems it
expedient to amend By-law Number 2003-75 as amended, as it relates to a parcel of land located in Part of Lots 39 and 40, Concession VII of the District ofStorrington,
NOW THEREFORE THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC BY ITS COUNCIL, HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
L TE^T schedule “A”’to zomng By-law Number 2003-75 as amended, is hereby further ^nended by changing the zoning from Rural (RU) Zone to Special Quarry “A” (QA-2) Zone, for those lands shown on the attached map designated as Schedule"!".

Notwithstanding the permitted uses in section 24.2 of this By-law or any other provision of this By-law to the contrary, on the lands zoned Special Quany “A” (QA-2) Zone, the following provisions shall apply: Permitted Uses Only
a quarry which produces less than 20, 000 tonnes (1,9685 tons) per year open space, conservation, forestry and agricultural uses,
a single detached dwelling accessory to an agricultural use
)
accessory buildings to the above uses. Prohibited Uses
drilling and blasting,
processing of mineral aggregates, including crushing, screening and washing,
asphalt plants, ready mix concrete plants and aggregate transfer stations. 3.
THIS BY-LAW shall come into force in accordance with section 34 of the
Planning Act, 1990, either on the date of passage or as otherwise provided by section 34.
