SOUTH FRONTENAC TOWNSHIP BY-LAW 2010-87
A BY-LAW TO APPOINT A COUNCIL MEMBER AS A SOUTH FRONTENAC REPRESENTATIVE TO^OUNTY COUNCIL FOR THE TERM 2010-2014.
WHEREAS the Council of the Township of South Frontenac appoints a number of individuals to carry out various duties in the Municipality and constitute different boards and committees; and,
AND WHEREAS in December 15th, 2009, toe Council of the Corporation of the Township of South Frontenac approved the changes to the composition of the Frontenac County Council as defined in County By-law 2009-0042;
AND WHEREAS it is expedient to appoint a member of Council as a representative of South Frontenac on County Council;
NOW THEREFORE THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF SOU FRONTENAC, BY ITS COUNCIL, HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: THAT:
The Council Member, as set out on Schedule “A” attached hereto is hereby appointed to the Frontenac County council for a term of four years (December Is’,‘2010 to November 30th, 2014)
This by-law shall come into force and take effect of the date of its passage. Dated at the Township of South Frontenac this 7th day of December 2010. Read a first and second time this 7th day of December 2010. Read a third time and finally passed this 7th day of December 2010. The Corporation of the Township of South Frontenac
