TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC BY-LAW NUMBER 2011-04
BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NUMBER 2003-75, AS AMENDED, TO REZONE LANDS FROM RURAL (RU) ZONE TO SPECIAL LIMITED
SERVICE RESIDENTIAL-WATERFRONT (RLSW-88) ZONE; PART LOT 7, CONCESSION V, DISTRICT OF LOUGHBOROUGH: GORDON
WHEREAS, the Municipal Council of the Township of South Frontenac deems it
expedient to amend By-law Number 2003-75 as amended, as it relates to a parcel of land located in Part of Lot 7, Concession V of the District ofLoughborough.
NOW THEREFORE THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF SOUT FRONTENAC BY ITS COUNCIL, HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
- THAT Schedule ‘B’ to Zoning By-law Number 2003-75 as amended, is hereby further amended by changing the zoning from Rural (RU) Zone to Special Limited
Service Residential-Waterfront (RLSW-88) Zone for those lands shown on the attached map designated as Schedule “I”.
- THAT a new section RLSW-88 (Part Lot 7, Concession V, Loughborough District - Gordon) be added immediately following section RLSW-87 (Part Lot 5, Concession XIII, Loughborough District- Pedersen/MUk Crate Farm), to read as follows:
RLSW-88 (Part Lot 7, Concession V, Louehboroush District - Gordon) Notwithstanding the zone regulations in section 10.3.1 or any other provision of this By-law to the conbrary, on the lands zoned Special Limited Service Residential-Waterfront (RLSW-88) Zone, the following provision shall apply: Water Frontage (Minimum)
61 metres (200 ft.).
All other provisions of this By-law shall apply. 3.
THIS BY-LAW shall come into force in accordance with section 34 of the
Planning Act, RSO 1990, either on the date of passage or as otherwise provided by section 34. Dated at the Township of South Frontenac this 18th day of January, 2011.
