TOWNSHIP OF SCUTE FRONTENAC BY-LAW 2011-35
3E;NG A BY-LAW TO ASSUME AS COMMON AND PUBLIC HIGHWAY CERTAIN LANDS W THE TOWNSHIP C ^ i-'
SOUTHjFRONTENAC, PURSUANT TO SECTION 31(6) OF TEE MUNICIPAL ACT, 2001. WHEREAS certain lands in the Township of South Frontenac were deeded to the
Corporation of the Township of South Frontenac for the purpose of dedicating them
to public use as common and public highways;
ANp WHEREAS Council wishes to enact a by-law for the purpose of assuming the lands as part of the public highways to be maintained by the municipality;
NOW THEREFORE THE CORPORATION OF TEE TOWNSHIP OF SOUTS ?RONTENAC, 3Y ITS COUNCIL, HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
Those lands being in part Lot 13, Concession 9, bemg Parts 1,2 & 5 on Plan 13R-20068, in the former geographic Township of Storrington, now m the
Township of South Frontenac, in the County of?‘rontenac, municipally known as Milburn Road, are hereby established and assumed common and public highways;
This by-law shall come into force and take effect on the date of registration of this by-law. th
