TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC BY-LAW NUMBER 2011-41

TO REZONE LANDS FROM RURAL ZONE (RU) TO LIMITED SERVICE
RESIDENTIAL-WATERFRONT ZONE (RLSW); SPECiAL LIMITED SERVICE RESIDENTIAL-WATERFRONT ZONE (RLSW-82) AND SPECLU. LIMITED
SERVICE RESIDENTIAL-WATERFRONT ZONE (RLSW-89); PART LOT 35, CONCESSIONS VII & Vffl, DISTRICT OF BEDFORD: GRAIN
WHEREAS, the Municipal Council of the Township of South Frontenac deems it
expedient to amend By-law Number 2003-75 as amended, as it relates to parcels of land located in Part of Lot 35, Concessions VII & Vffl of the District of Bedford.
NOW THEREFORE THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF SOUT FRONTENAC BY ITS COUNCIL, HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
- THAT Schedule <D’ to Zoning By-law Number 2003-75 as amended, is hereby further amended by changing the zoning from Rural Zone (RU) to Limited
Service Residential-Waterfront Zone (RLSW), Special Limited Service Residential-Waterfront Zone (RLSW-82) and Special Limited Service Residential-Waterfront Zone (RLSW-89) for those lands shown on the attached map designated as Schedule “I”.
- THAT Zoning By-law number 2003-75 as amended is hereby further amended by adding a new section RLSW-89 (Lot 35, Concessions VII and Vffl, Bedford District - Grain), immediately following section RLSW-88 (Lot 7, Concession V, Loughborough District- Gordon), to read as follows:
RLSW-89 fPart Lot 35. Concessions VII and VIIL Bedford District Grain
Notwithstanding the provisions of section 10.3.1 or any other provision of this By-law to the contrary, on the lands zoned Special Limited Service Residential-Waterfront Zone (RLSW-89), the followmg special provision shall apply: i)
Setback From Highwater Mark or Floodline of a Body of Water (Minimum) 70 metres (230 ft.)
All other provisions of this by-law shall apply. 3.
THIS BY-LAW shall come into force in accordance with section 34 of the
Planning Act, 1990, either on the date of passage or as otherwise provided by section 34.
