TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC BY-LAW NUMBER 201M4
BEING A^BY-LAW^TO^IEND^Y-LAW NUMBER 2003-75, AS AMENDED, TO REZONE LANDS FROM URBAN RESIDENTIAL-FIRST DENSITY ZONE
(^-1) TjO SPEOALJJTffiAN RESIDENTIAL-FIRST DENSITY ZONE (UR1-11);
PART LOT 7, CONCESSION K, DISTRICT OF STORRINGTON: FREEMAN
WHEREAS, the Municipal Council of the Township of South Ffontenac deems it expedient to amend By-law Number 2003-75 as amended, as it relates to a parcel of land located in Part of
Lot 7, Concession IX of the District ofStomngton.
NOW THEREFORE THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF SOU FRONTENAC BY ITS COUNCD., HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
- THAT Schedule ‘C’ to Zoning By-law Number 2003-75 as amended, is hereby further
amended by changing the zoning from Urban Residential-First Density Zone (UR1) to
Special Urban Residential-First Density Zone (UR1-11) for those lands shown on the
attached map designated as Schedule “1”.’ *
- TRAT Zoning By-law number 2003-75 as amended is hereby further amended by adding
LJ^JJ^JL.1?,,1^ T£?tiJ’/T?I^es^io^^-_s^n’i?g?n .I^strict:.Freeman)’ immediately after section UR1-10 (Lot 19, Concession VI, Portland District - Kerr), to
read as follows:
UR1-11 tPart Lot 7 Concession U[. Storrineton District - Frecmanl Notwithstanding the zone regulations m section 14.3.1. or any other provision of this By-law to the contrary, on the lands zoned Special Urban Residential-First
Density Zone (UR1-11) the following special provision shall apply: i) Setback for Principal Building from any Farm Facility (Minimum)
-65 metres (213 ft.)
All other provisions of this by-law shall apply. 3.
THAT THIS BY-LAW shall come into force in accordance with section 34 of the
Planning Act, 1990, either on the date of passage or as otherwise provided by sections 34.
