WHEREAS, fhe Municipd Council of the Township of South Frontenac deems it expedient to amend By-law Number 2003-75 as amended, as it relates to a pa^el of land located-in Part of
Lot 4, Concession IV offhe District of Portland;
NOW THEREFORE THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF SOU FRONTONAC BY ITS COUNCIL, HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
THAT Schedule/A’ to Zoning By-law Number 2003-75 as amended, is hereby further amended by changing the zoning from Rural (RU) Zone to Special Rural (RU-47) Zone for those lands shown on the attached msp designated as Schedule «-j a?
THAT a new section RU-47 (Part Lot 4, Concession IV, Portland District” Day) be added immediately following section RU-46 (Part Lot 7, Concession VII, Portland District - Asselstine) to read as follows: RU-47 {Part Lot 4. Concession IV, Portland District -Day)
Notwithstanding the permitted uses in section 7.2 of this By-law or any other provision of this By-law to the contrary, on the lands zoned Special Rural (RU47) Zone, only the following uses are permitted: Permitted Uses T ^ f t

a recreational dirt bike racing motocross use
ATV and snowmobile drag events
accessory practicmg sessions for the above uses accessory campmg/travel trailer sites to a maximum of fifty (50) sites. Zone Regulations
motocross uses may only occur once per calendar year ATV and snowmobile uses may only occur once per calendar year
All accessory camping uses must only occur in association with racing events. ^
The uses shall be permitted for a maximum period of 12 months &om the date of approval of this Zoning By-law Amendment.
All other provisions of this By-law shall apply. 3.
THAT the uses permitted in the RU-47 zone be subject to a site plan agreement to be entered into between the owner and the municipality and registered on Ihe title of the
property, identifying the general locations of all uses including race tracks, camping
areas, access ways parking areas, septic areas and specifying the number of events
permitted including practicing and the hours of operation. 3.
THIS BY-LAW shall come into force in accordance with sections 34 and 39 of the Planning Act, 1990, as amended, either upon the ,date of passage or as otherwise
provided by said sections 34 and 39.
