SOUTH FRONTENAC TOWNSHIP BY-LAW 2011-57
A BY-LAW TO APPOINT A TREASURER AND TAX COLLECTOR
WHEREAS Section 285(1) of the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 2001, c.25 as amended, requires that the council of appoint a Treasurer;
NOW THEREFORE THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF SOU
FRONTENAC, BY ITS COUNCIL, HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
Louise Fragnito is hereby appointed as Treasurer and Tax Collector for the Township of South Frontenac.
Louise Fragnito is hereby authorized by the Council to carry out the duties of Treasurer and Tax Collector as set out in the Municipal Act.
In addition to those duties as set out in paragraph 2 of this by-law, the Treasurer and Tax Collector shall perform such other duties as may be prescribed by Council from time to .

- Louise Fragnito shall hold office at the pleasure of the Council of the Township of South Frontenac, and shall be paid in the manner as set out by Council resolution from time to Time and in accordance with the signed offer of employment.
- All other by-laws, resolutions or actions of Council that are not consistent with or which are contrary to the provisions of this by-law are hereby repealed.
- This by-law shall come into force and take effect on October 3,2011 . Dated at Sydenham this 6th day of September, 2011. Read a first and second time tMs 6th day of September, 2011.
