TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC BY-LAW 2011-60

A BY-LAW TO CONFIRM GENERALLY PREVIOUS ACTIONS OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC.

THEREFORE THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC, BY ITS COUNCIL, HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:

  1. The actions of the Council of the Corporation of the Township of South Frontenac at it’s CouncU Meetings of September 20th, 2011 be confirmed.

  2. Execution by the Mayor and the Clerk-Administrator of aU Deeds,

Instruments and other Documents necessary to give effect to any such Resolution, Motion or other action and the affixing of the Corporate Seal to

any _such Deed, Instruments or other Documents is hereby authorized and confirmed.

  1. This By-law shall come into force and take effect on the date of its passage. Dated at the Township of South Frontenac this 20th day of September 2011. Read a first and second time this 20th day of September 2011.

Read a third time and finally passed this 20th day of September 2011. THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC
