BEING A BY-LAW TO ASSUME AS COMMON AND PUBLI ^ <“1
HiGEWAY CERTAIN LANDS IN THE TOWNSH;? 0 T7
SCUT3FRONTENAC, PURSUANT TO SECTION 31(6) ^F TH Tr7I Mli
MUNICIPAL ACT, 2001. WEEREAS certain lands in the Township of South Frontenac were deeded to the
Corporation of the Township of South Frontenac for the purpose of dedicating them to public use as common and public highways;
AND WHEREAS Council wishes to enact a by-lr.w for the purpose of assuming the lands as part of the public highways to be maintained by the municipality; NOW THEREFORS THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF SCUTE
FRONTENAC, BY ITS COUNCIL, HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
Those lands described as PT LT 1C CON 11 PORTLAND, BEING PART 3, 13R1612; SOUTH FRONTENAC, municipally known as Verona Sand Road, are hereby established and assumed as common and public highways.
This by-law shall come into force and take effect on the date of registration of this by-law. th
