TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC BY-LAW NUMBER 2011-69
BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NUMBER 2003-75, AS
AMENDED, TO REZONE LANDS FROM URBAN RESIDENTIAL-
FIRST DENSITY ZONE (UR-1) TO SPECIAL URBAN
RESIDENTIAL-FIRST DENSITY ZONE (UR1-12); PART LOT 26, CONCESSION II, DISTRICT OF STORRINGTON: CAMPBELL WHEREAS, the Municipal Council of the Township of South Frontenac deems it
expedient to amend By-law Number 2003-75 as amended, as it relates to a parcel of land located in Part of Lot 26, Concession II of the District of Stomngton.
NOW THEREFORE THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF SOU FRONTENAC BY ITS COUNCIL, HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
THAT Schedule ‘G’ to Zoning By-law Number 2003-75 as amended, is hereby farther amended by changing the zoning from Urban Residential-First Density Zone (UR1) to Special Urban Residential-First Density Zone (UR1-12) for those lands shown on the attached map designated as Schedule “I”.
THAT Zoning By-law number 2003-75 as amended is hereby farther amended by adding a new section UR1-12 (Lot 26, Concession II, Storrington District: Campbell) immediately following section UR1-11 (Lot 7, Concession IX, Storrington District: Freeman), to read as follows:
“UR1-12 rPart Lot 26 Concession H. Storrineton District: Camnbein Notwithstanding the zone regulations in section 14.3.1 or any other provision of this By-law to the contrary, on the lands zoned Special Urban Residential-First Density Zone (UR1-12) the following special provision shall apply: i) Lot Area (Minunum) ii) Lot Frontage (Minimum)
0.6 hectares (1.48 ac.) 57 metres (187 ft.)
All other provisions of this by-law shall apply.” 3.
THAT THIS BY-LAW shall come into force in accordance with section 34 of
the Planning Act, 1990, either on the date of passage or as otherwise provided by section 34.
