THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC BY-LAW NO. 2011-75
BELNG.A_BY-LAW To DELEGATE THE PUBLIC WORKS MANAGER THE POWER T
APPROVE TEMPORARY BOAT RAMP AND ROAD CLOSURES PURSUANT’ TO
SECTION_S-8- 9AND10 AND 23.1 OF THE MUNICIPAL ACT, 2001, AS AMENDED AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH BY-LAW 2007-81
WHEREAS under section 23.1 of the Municipal Act, 2001 as amended Council has a

AND WHEREAS By-law 2007-81 specifies the conditions Council has set for the delegation of authority
AND WHEREAS Council deems it desirable to appoint the Public Works Manager to approve temporary road closures within the Township of South Frontenac
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH FRONTENA HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
The_ Public Works Manager shall have authority to approve temporary boat ramp and road closures for events such as parades and festivals and community events.
Any request that is questionable or that is not supported by the Public Works Manager shall be brought to the attention of Council at the next regular meeting for their review and decision.
Read a First and Second Time this 15th day of November 2011.
Read a Third Time and Finally Passed, Signed and Sealed this 15th day of November 2011.
