LOT 7, CONCESSIONS III, DISTRICT OF LOUGHBOROUGH, TOWNSRIPINITIATED.
WHEREAS, the Municipal Council of the Township of South Frontenac deems it expedient to amend By-law Number 2003-75 as amended, as it relates to land located i Part of Lot 7, Concession III, of the District ofLoughborough;
in
NOW THER2FORE THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC BY ITS COUNCIL, HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
- THAT Schedule “B” to Zoning By-law Number 2003-75 as amended, is hereby farther amended by changing the zoning from Rural Zone (RU) to Special Waste
Disposal Zone (WD-3) and to Open Space-Public Zone (OS) for" those lands shown on the attached map designated as Schedule “I”.
- THAT Zoning By-law number 2003-75 as amended is hereby further amended by adding a new section WD-3 (Lot 7, Concession UI, Loughborough District Township-Initiated), immediately following section WD-2 (Lot 14, Concession I,
Portland District, to read as follows:
WD-3 (Part Lot 7, Concession III, Louehboroush District Township-Initiated)
Notwithstanding the provisions in section 27.2 or 27.3.3 or any other provision of this By-law to the contrary, on the lands zoned Special Waste Disposal Zone (WD-3), the following provisions shall apply PERMITTED USES
In the WD-3 zone only the following uses shall be permitted: a waste transfer station
accessory uses and buildmgs to the above public works storage ZONE REGULATIONS
In the WD-3 zone a strip of land not less than 13 metres (43 ft.) wide shall be reserved for landscaping purposes between the transfer station building and the street.
All other provisions of this by-law shall apply. 3.
THIS BY-LAW shall come into force in accordance with section 34 of the
Planning Act, 1990, either on the date of passage or as otherwise provided by the said section 34.
