TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH FKONTENAC BY-LAW 2012-02
BEING A BY-LAW TO ASSUME AS COMMON AND PUBLI </ ^“l
HIGHWAY CERTAIN LANDS IN THE TOWNSHIP OF
SOUTHFRONTENAC, PURSUANT TO SECTION 31(6) OF THE MUNICIPAL ACT, 2001. WHEREAS certain lands in the Township of South Frontenac were deeded to the
Corporation of the Township of South Frontenac for the purpose of dedicating them
to public use as common and public highways;
AND WHEREAS Council wishes to enact a by-law for the purpose of assuming the lands as part of the public highways to be maintained by the municipality;
NCW THEREFORE THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC, BY ITS COUNCIL, HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: Those lands herein described are hereby established and assumed as common and public highways.
- Those lands described as PT LT 17 CON 11 STORRINGTON, BEING
PART 2,13R20154; SOUTH FRONTENAC, municipaUy known as Battersea Road.
- Those lands described as FT LT 2,3,4 CON 12 LOUGHBOROUGH, BEING
PARTS 4,5,6,7,8,13R20270; SOUTH FRONTENAC, municipaUy known as Holleford Road.
This by-law shall come into force and take effect on the date of registration of this by-law. th
