TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC BY-LAW NUMBER 2012-17
BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NUMBER 2003-75, AS AMENDED, TO REZONE LANDS FROM URBAN RESIDENTIAL-FIRST DENSITY ZONE
(UR-l) TO SPECIAL URBAN RESIDENTIAL-FIRST DENSITY ZONE (URl-12); PART LOT 8, CONCESSION DC, DISTRICT OF STORMNGTON: FREEMAN
WHEREAS, the Municipal Council of the Township of South Frontenac deems It expedient to amend By-law Number 2003-75 as amended, as it relates to a parcel of land located in Part of Lot 8, Concession UC of the District of Storrmgton.
NOW THEREFORE THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF SO FRONTENAC BY ITS COUNCIL, HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
- THAT Schedule ‘C* to Zoning By-law Number 2003-75 as amended, is hereby further amended by changing the zoning from Urban Residential-First Density Zone (UR1) to Special Urban Residential-First Density Zone (UR1-12) for those lands shown on the attached map designated as Schedule “ln.
THAT Zoning By-law number 2003-75 as amended is hereby further amended by a4ding a new section URl-12 (Lot 8, Concession DC, Storrmgton District: Freeman), immediately after section URl-11 (Part Lot 7 Concession DC, Storrington District Freeman), to read as follows: UR1-12 ffart Lot 8 Concession K. Storrineton District - Freeman)
Notwithstanding the zone regulations in section 14.3.1 or any other provision of this By-law to the contraiy, on the lands zoned Special Urban ResidentiaI-First Density Zone (URl-12) the following special provisions shall apply: 0.57 hectares (1.4 ac) 64metees(2Uft.)
i) Lot Area (Minimum) ii) Lot Frontage (Minimum)
All other provisions of this by-law shall apply. 3.
THAT THIS BY-LAW shall come into force in accordance with section 34 of the
Planning Act, 1990, either on the date of passage or as otherwise provided by sections 34.
