WHEREAS, the Municipal Council of the Township of South Frontenac deems it
expedient to amend By-law Number 2003-75 as amended, as it relates to a parcel ofTand located in Part of Lot 16, Concession IV of the District of Bedford,
NOW THEREFORE THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC BY FTS COUNCIL, HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
THAT Schedule “D”, to Zoning By-law Nimto- 2003.75 as amended, is hereby further amended by changing the zoning from Waterfront Residential Zone (RW) to Special Waterfront Residential Zone (RW-32) Zone, for those lands shown on the attached map designated as Schedule “ln.
THAT Zoning By-law number 2003-75 as amended is hereby further amended by adding a new section RW-32 (Lot 16, Concession IV, Bedford District-Snavely), immediately after section RW-31 (Part Lot 2, Concession XVII, Bedford District Barton) to read as follows: KW-32 (Lot 16, Concession IV, Bedford District-Snavelv\
Notwifhstanding any provision of this By-law to the contrary, on the lands zoned Special Rural Exception Zone (RW-32), the following uses only shall be permitted: PERMITTED USES
i) Vehicle and boat trailer parting, ii) Boat mooring, iii) Accessory storage
All other provisions of this by-law shall apply. 3.
TffiS BY-LAW shall come into force m accordance with section 34 of the
Planning Act, 1990, either on the date of passage or as ofhenvlse provided by sections 34.
