TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC BY-LAW NUMBER 2012-26
BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NUMBER 2003-75, AS AMENDED, TO REZONE LANDS FROM SPECIAL LIMITED SERVICE RESmENTIAL-
WATERFRONT ZONE (RLSW-81) TO LIMTTED SERVICE RESTOETSTIALWATERFRONT ZONE (RLSW), PART LOT 23, CONCESSION XW, DISTRICT OF LOUGHBOROUGH, SNELGROVE.
WHEREAS, the Municipal Council of the Township of Soufh Frontenac deems it expedient to amend By-law Number 2003-75 as amended, as it relates to a parcel of land located m Part of Lot 23, Concession XIV of the District of Loughborough,
NOW THEREFORE THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC BY ITS COUNCIL, HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
THAT Schedule “B”, to Zoning By-law Number 2003-75 as amended, is hereby further amended by cfaangmg the zoning &om Special Limited Service Residential-Wateriront Zone (RLSW-81) to Lunited Service ResidendalWaterfront Zone (RLSW), for those lands shown on the attached map designated as Schedule “I”.
THIS BY-LAW shall come mto force in accordance with section 34 of the
Planning Act, 1990, either on the date of passage or as otherwise provided by sections 34.
Dated at the Township of South Frontenac this seventeenth day of April, 2012.
Read a first and second time this seventeenth day of April, 2012.
Read a third time and finally passed this seventeenth day of April, 2012.
