TOWNSmP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC BY-LAW 2012-43 A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW 2000-01.

the Township of South Frontenac, pursuant to the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1990, Ch.
45, as amended and the Municipal Act, 2001, Ch. 25, as amended; and
^G[E-RE^S colulcu wishes to amend By-law 2000-01 for the purpose of creating an aU-way stop intersection on certain roads under its jurisdiction.
NOW THEREFORE BY-LAW 2000-01 IS HEREBY AMENDED BY DELETING FROM “SCHEDULE C” AS FOLLOWS: Throueh Hiehwav Wmiam Street
From West Limits
To
North Limits ofRutiedge Road
And replacing with: Throush Highway WUUam Street
From Church Street
To
George Street
And adding to Schedule C-2 as follows: Intersection
S.WUliam Street And Church Street
This by-law shall come into force and take effect upon the posting of the appropriate .
