TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC BY-LAW NUMBER 2012-47
BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NUMBER 2003-75, AS AMENDED, TO REZONE LANDS FROM SPECIAL RURAL INDUSTRIAL (RI-8) ZONE TO RURAL (RU) ZONE; PART LOT 17, CONCESSION VIII, DISTRICT OF LOUGHBOROUGH: LYNCH
WHEREAS, the Municipal Council of the Township of South Frontenac deems it
expedient to amend By-law Number 2003-75 as amended, as it relates to a parcel of land located in Part of Lot 17, Concession VIII of the District ofLoughborough,
NOW THEREFORE THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSfflP OF SOUTH ?RONTENAC BY ITS COUNCIL, HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
- THAT Schedule ‘B’ to Zoning By-law Number 2003-75 as amended, is hereby further amended by changmg the zoning from Special Rural Industrial (RI-8) Zone to Rural Zone (RU) for those lands shown on the attached map designated as Schedule “I”.
THAT section RI-8 (Part Lot 17, Concession VIH, Loughborough DistrictLynch) be deleted in its entirety.
THIS BY-LAW shall come into force in accordance with section 34 of the
Planning Act, 1990, either on the date of passage or as otherwise provided by section 34.
