TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH FRCNTENAC BY-LAW NUMBER 2012-54

^I?[9A?J~J^VJ[?-^1E?I) BY-LAW NUMBER 2003-75, AS AMENDED, BY CHANGING THE ZONESTG ON A PROPOSED LOT FROM RURAL (RU) ZONE TO SPECIAL JRURAL COMMERCIAL (RC-13) ZONE; PART LOT 7, CONCESSION VII, DISTRICT OF PORTLAND: ASSELSTINE

WHEREAS, the Municipal Council of the Township of South Frontenac deems it

expedient to amend By-law Number 2003-75 as amended, as it relates to parcels of land located in Part of Lot 7, Concession VII of the District of Portland.

NOW THEREFORE THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF SOU FRONTENAC BY ITS COUNCIL, HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: ^

1- THAT Schedule “A” to Zonmg By-law Number 2003-75 as amended, is hereby farther amended by changmg the zoning from Rural (RU) Zone to Special Rural

Commercial Zone (RC-13), for those lands shown on the attached map designated

as Schedule “I”.

2. THAT a new section RC-13 ( Part Lot 7, Concession VII, Portland District

Asselstine) be added immediately following section RC-12 (Part Lot 1, Concessions TV, Loughborough District - Silver) to read as follows:

RC-13 (Part Lot 7, Concession VH, Portland District - A.s.selstine) Notwithstanding the zone regulations in section 17.2 or any other provision of this

By-law to the contrary, on the lands zoned Special Rural Commercial (RC-13) Zone, only the following use is permitted: PERMITTED USES

a solar panel structure. All other provisions of this By-law shall apply. 3.

THIS BY-LAW shall come into force in accordance with section 34 of the

Planning Act, 1990, either on the date of passage or as otherwise provided by section 34.
